I got this bra to wear with a open back dress. I was a little worried that they would fall off/out of my dress but they didn't. I wear them almost every day now with or with out a regular bra. With a regular bra they make me look like I actually have something there (& when someone hugs me they don't feel hard padding, they feel softness close to the real thing feeling as you can get) I even wear them with my swim suit. I gave this bra as a gift to my small chested girlfriends and family and they all love it too. By far the BEST thing I have ever bought.
