I finally decided to do something about it and ordered these straps. They work GREAT!!! I can put it on by myself (don't have to ask hubby to help me) and they're comfortable to wear all day long. I put them on by putting my bra on backwards, the bra closure on my stomach, I feed the long bra strap adjuster behind both of my bra straps, hook the adjuster closed and then twist my bra around until it's facing the right way, then I just slide my straps up my arms as usual. Sometimes the strap adjuster may twist a little but I can usually reach around and correct it with my fingertips. (or slip the bra straps off and twist the bra back around and correct the strap adjuster that way) It doesn't dig into your back or shorten your bra straps, making them dig into your shoulders.
